PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine to be simply configured with a low cost, capable of being configured to a small size, and capable of preventing mischief such as theft etc. of a commodity. SOLUTION: In the automatic vending machine for selling a commodity discharged from a commodity storing unit 4 within a main body 1 after conveying to a commodity take-out port 8, the commodity take-out port 8 is provided with an opening 13 for taking out the commodity, a take-out port door 15 for opening and closing the opening 13, and a commodity conveying out port 9 for conveying out the commodity to the commodity take-out port 8 from the commodity storing unit 4, wherein the take-out port door 15 is pivotally supported at an upper end thereof, while its lower portion 15c is formed by being bent as a cross-sectionally dog-leg shaped state toward an inner direction of the commodity take-out port 8. The door moves into an opened position where the commodity can be taken out therefrom after opening the opening 13 by rotating into inside of the commodity take-out port 8, while the commodity conveying out port 9 is closed by a back surface portion of the door.
