PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an internal circuit from noise due to electrostatic discharge while suppressing heating in an integrated circuit (semiconductor element), in a semiconductor device mounting the integrated circuit on a substrate. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal driver having a plurality of output cells 101, an operational amplifier 105 that is a component of each of the output cells 101 is connected to a power supply line 109a formed in the liquid crystal driver being a semiconductor element. A bypass line 201 is formed on a substrate on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and is connected to the power supply line 109a via a bump 203 for each operational amplifier 105 in all of the output cells. Further, the bypass line 201 is arranged such that an ESD protection element 205 on the power supply line 109 of the semiconductor element is interposed between a first part 201a and a second part 201b of the bypass line.
