The present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing prostate cancer and a diagnosis method, which use an antibody to a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) to detect PSA from human urine. More particularly, the present invention relates to a kit for diagnosing prostate cancer, which contains an antibody to PSA and uses human urine as a specimen, and to a diagnosis method which permits human urine as a specimen to be brought into contact with an antibody to PSA so as detect PSA.
