<p>The disclosed airbag structure for a passenger seat can eliminate conventionally necessary bolted retainers and brackets, can result in a reduction in the number of parts and number of assembly steps, and is conducive to resource conservation and environmental-friendliness. The airbag structure is provided with: a disc-shaped inflator (1) provided integrally with attachment bolts (6) on the bottom surface (1a) thereof, said bottom surface being the attachment surface for affixing; an airbag cushion (2) that has first through-holes (2a) through which the attachment bolts (6) protrude to the exterior, and that houses the entire inflator therewithin; a housing (3) that has second through-holes (3c) through which the attachment bolts protruding from the first through-holes penetrate, and that houses the airbag cushion inside; and a crossbeam (4) and a mount (5) that is joined to the attachment bolts penetrating the second through-holes, and that supports and affixes the bottom surface of the housing as well as the inflator.</p> |
