摘要 PURPOSE: A fertilizer manufacturing system is provided to accelerate a hydration reaction speed of food waste and organic trash and maximize a productivity of fertilizer production by mixing the foot waste, the organic trash and quicklime, and then by doing knocking and stirring movements. CONSTITUTION: The fertilizer manufacturing system a pre-reactor(100), in which food waste, organic trash and quicklime are put into, and a rotor is equipped with a free-movable cutter member; a transferring means(200) transferring the food waste, the organic trash and quicklime which are primarily hydration-reacted in the pre-reactor; a main reactor(300), in which the transferred food waste, organic trash and quicklime are put into, and a mixing screw is equipped; a filtering means(400) filtering and purifying odorous gas created in the main reactor by a use of a photocatalyst activated in the ultraviolet range; and a recirculation pipe means(500) discharging a part of the filtered and purified gas to the air and returning a part to the main reactor.
