PURPOSE: A method for extracting lignan compounds from Schizandrae Fructus seeds is provided to contain two times of lignan content than dried Schizandrae Fructus. CONSTITUTION: A method or extracting lignan compounds from Schizandrae Fructus seeds comprises: a step of isolating fresh Schizandrae Fructus seeds or dried Schizandrae Fructus seeds; a step of roasting at 190°C for 10 minutes and pulverizing; and a step of isolating Schizandrae Fructus with 10 times volume of spirit liquid or anhydrous ethanol at room temperature to 65°C 6-24 hours. The lignan compound is schizandrin, gomisin A, or gomisin N.
