PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the nanoparticle aggregate is provided to obtain a nano particle aggregate with a controlled number of nanoparticles by using a micelle or a reverse micelle. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the nanoparticle aggregate includes following steps.(a) The micelle or the reversed micelle structure containing the nanoparticle aggregate inside is formed.(b) The inner size or form of the micelle or the reversed micelle structure is adjusted, and the nanoparticle aggregate with the controlled number and form of nanoparticles is created. The micelle structure is formed by adding a small amount of organic solvent with dispersed micelle molecules and nanoparticles to an excessive quantity of s polar substance. The reversed micelle structure is formed by adding a small amount of s polar substance with dispersed micelle molecules and nanoparticles to an excessive quantity of the organic solvent. The micelle molecules are selected from a group composed of an AOT(aerosol-OT, sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate), a CBAC(cetylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride), and a CTAB(cetyltrimethylammonium chloride) and a Triton X- 100(t-octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol). |
