PURPOSE: An elephant plaster is provided to protect an affected part and to prevent infection by equipping with first and second planes. CONSTITUTION: An elephant plaster comprises: a first plane attached to the pubis and scrotum; and a second plane attached to the top of the first plane. The first and second planes are formed in a rectangular shape and the same size. An adhesive is applied to the contact portion of the first plane. A release film(25) for protecting the adhesive is attached to the first plane. In the first plane, a hole(24) is formed. In the second plane, a cover is formed. A gauze is attached to the inside of the cover.
