<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fish extract for application to skin as effective utilization of natural resources, as well as a rough skin-improving agent, a ceramide production promoter, a skin care preparation and a cosmetic which use the extract. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a dried fish and above all, an aqueous solvent extract of Perciformes, Scombridae. Preferably the dried fish has a water content of 45 mass% or less and is one or more selected from dried marine products, boiled-dried fishes, fermented-dried fishes, boiled-dried small fishes, and pressed-boiled-dried small fishes. When these are applied to a skin, high actions for promoting ceramide production and actions for improving rough skin appear, and a healthy and beautiful skin with moisture and gloss can be made by application to cosmetics and skin care preparations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
