PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air guide plate which easily achieves a structure to sufficiently exert a stable sealing property for gaps formed between the air guide plate and automobile parts at a low cost, while securing an excellent recycling property. SOLUTION: Thin deformable skirt portions 14, 16 and 18 made of the same resin material as that of a plate body 12 are integrally formed on the outer peripheral part of the plate body 12. The plate body 12 is installed so that the deformable skirt portions 14, 16 and 18 may be arranged in contact with the automobile components 28 and 32 under flexural deformation between the plate body 12 and the automobile components 28 and 32, to close the gaps 40 and 42 formed between the outer peripheral part of the plate body 12 and the automobile parts 28 and 32.
