PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding mold which can correct the core deviation of a movable mold by a simple operation automatically every time of mold clamping or when the movable mold is attached and as the need arises. SOLUTION: A tapered positioning pin (7) is formed on either one parting surface side of a fixed mold (4) or the movable mold (14), and a positioning pinhole (17) with which the positioning pin is engaged during mold clamping is formed on the other parting surface side. A floating plate (20) is attached to the movable mold (12) through an elastic member (24) with its elongation restricted with play. Moreover, the floating plate (20) can be fastened to a movable platen (12) by a bolt (23) to be unified. The movable mold (14) is attached to the floating plate (20). COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
