A method and a device for reconstructing scan chain based on bidirectional preference selection in physical design are provided by the present invention. The method for reconstructing scan chain structure includes: firstly, establishing a first preference list of scan elements for each of the scan chains, and establishing a second preference list of the scan chains for each of the scan elements, then carrying out the bidirectional selection between the scan chains and the scan elements based on the first and second preference list respectively so that the scan elements are re-allotted to the scan chains. Global optimization of the global scan chains is carried out by applying the method and device for reconstructing scan chain structure in the present invention, which can reduce global layout length to a great extent, and improve layout efficiency. |
