<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser light source equipment achieving a large output. <P>SOLUTION: The laser light source equipment 1 includes a first light-emitting element 12, a second light-emitting element 13, a wavelength conversion element 16 converting the wavelength of laser beams emitted from the respective light-emitting elements, splitting elements 14, 15 reflecting the laser beams of a fundamental wavelength and transmitting the laser beams of a prescribed conversion wavelength, and a wavelength selection element 17 transmitting the laser beams of a prescribed wavelength from among laser light incident on the wavelength conversion element. The respective light-emitting elements 12, 13 are disposed such that laser beams from an emission section of one light-emitting element is incident on an emission section of the other light-emitting element, the splitting elements 14, 15 are disposed on at least one of an optical path between the first light-emitting element and the wavelength conversion element and an optical path between the second light-emitting element and the wavelength conversion element, and the wavelength selection element 17 is disposed on an optical path at a side where no wavelength conversion elements 16 are disposed from among optical paths between the splitting elements and the first light-emitting element 12 or the second light-emitting element 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
