METHOD AND APPARATUS TO MANAGE PROCESS CONTROL STATUS ROLLUPS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus, capable of managing process control status rollups by detecting changes and issues in a process control system.

SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: receiving process control information from at least one process control device included in the process control system; determining at least one issue associated with a part of the received process control information; receiving the selected status type; determining whether or not at least one issue is associated with the selected status type; and displaying the process control status rollups associated with the selected status type and including at least one issue.
