<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove chemical substances from a book ordered from a communication terminal via a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: A book sales system acquires a book purchase request for requesting purchase of a book, which is input to a user terminal 10, via a communication network 100 and delivers the book concerned with the book purchase request. The user terminal 10 includes: a cleaning data database 32 that receives a cleaning request for requesting cleaning of a book and stores information on details of cleaning for cleaning the book and the cleaning request in association with each other; a communication part 21 for receiving the book purchase request and the cleaning request via the communication network 100; and a cleaning data selection part 33 which, when receiving the book purchase request and the cleaning request by the communication part 21, refers to the cleaning data database 32, acquires the information on details of cleaning corresponding to the cleaning request and outputs the acquired cleaning data information together with the information on the book concerned with the book purchase request to a control part 34 in a book cleaning device for cleaning books. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
