<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of changing color of illumination light at low cost without replacing a light source itself of an LED lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device has a light source unit including a circuit board, and a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged on the surface of the circuit board, a housing member for housing the light source unit, and a phosphor containing sheet containing a phosphor in order to emit wavelength-converted light by converting the light-emitted light from the plurality of light-emitting diodes supported with the housing member.
