<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display, when trouble occurs in an image processing apparatus, information regarding that trouble in an image monitoring apparatus which is connected to the image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus 10 is communicably connected to an image monitoring apparatus 20, to enable remote operation from the image monitoring apparatus 20 to the image processing apparatus 10. A display unit 15 of the image processing apparatus 10 is configured so that display content can be synchronized with a display unit 28 of the image monitoring apparatus 20, and displays a trouble message when trouble occurs in the image processing apparatus 10. When the image processing apparatus 10 is remotely operated while the display unit 15 is displaying the trouble message, simulation information is transmitted to the image monitoring apparatus 20 such that the simulation information is displayed only on the display unit 28 of the image monitoring apparatus 20, and display of the trouble message on the display unit 15 is continued. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
