PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate processing of a surface (processing surface W) on which a hub side surface 9a of an idler gear 9 rotatably supported by an idler shaft 10 is slid. SOLUTION: The idler shaft 10 includes an idler plate 11 provided on a cylinder head outer wall 7a side, the idler plate having a diameter larger than the shaft diameter and being off-centered to the side opposite to a cylinder head lower surface 7c. The idler shaft 10 and the idler plate 11 are fixed to a partition wall 7b by a bolt 12, and the idler plate 11 is fitted to a hole 14 formed in the cylinder head outer wall 7a. The processing surface W can be processed, prior to attachment of the idler shaft 10, by inserting a tool through the hole 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
