PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder hopper capable of stably discharging powder from a discharge port by scraping off fixed objects adhered to walls near the discharge port provided in a lower part of a hopper body, finely crushing large lumps existing in a hopper body interior, and preventing blocking of the discharge port. SOLUTION: The powder hopper includes the hopper body 11 having the discharge port 15 in the lower part and composed such that a cross-sectional area gradually becomes smaller from an upper part toward the lower part, screw shafts 20, 30 having shaft parts 21, 31 and blade parts 22, 32 projecting from outer peripheral surfaces of the shaft parts 21, 31 are disposed directly above the discharge port 15 of the hopper body 11, the screw shafts 20, 30 are journalled such that the shaft parts 21, 31 are extended in an intersecting direction with respect to the wall of the hopper body 11, and they are disposed such that tips of the blade parts 22, 32 hug the walls 12A, 12C.
