PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience for an operator by discharging paper to a loading place from which the operator can take out the paper most easily. SOLUTION: A discharge destination deciding means decides the easiest loading place for the operator to take out the paper based on the height of each of two or more loading places from the floor and operation information when the operator of a paper discharge processing device takes the paper (e.g., information of the height of a person assumed as the operator).
