PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fitting a seat cover, even if it is fitted to pads, without requiring a separate reinforcing member by arranging a string member attached to the seat cover through the pads and covering the pads with the seat cover and hooking the string member of the covering seat cover to the pads. SOLUTION: Through holes 40, 240 are formed through the pads 30, 230 in their thickness direction. In the inner surface of the seat cover 50, the string member 70 is attached at positions substantially facing against the through-holes 40, 240 of the pads 30, 230. The string member 70 is arranged through the through-holes 40, 240 and the piercing string member 70 is hooked in the longitudinal direction of the pads 30, 230 to fit the seat cover 50.
