PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic equipment with a cap which maintains airtightness of a cosmetic material or an applicator provided for cosmetic equipment. SOLUTION: When the cosmetic equipment 3 is fitted in the cap 2, the cosmetic equipment 3 is necessarily attached to an inner stopper 10. In this way, the cosmetic equipment 3 can be sealed up. Also, since the inner stopper 10 and the cosmetic equipment 3 can rotate in synchronization, a stick-like cosmetic material M is prevented from being spiraled up from the cosmetic equipment 3 during fitting operations of the cap 2 and the cosmetic equipment 3. Further, since the inner stopper 10 is fitted in the cap 2 so that it can move in the axial direction within a predetermined zone, airtightness of the inner stopper 2 and the cosmetic equipment 3 can be maintained even if the screwed cap 2 and cosmetic equipment 3 spin around and a gap is left between the cap 2 and the cosmetic equipment 3.
