PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load inputted to a battery unit, while solving dimensional restriction of the battery unit, in a battery unit mounting structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A floor panel 2 is fixed to a main frame 1 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a floor bending surface 2a is arranged by bending and forming its rear side upward, and a floor horizontal plane 2b is also arranged for substantially horizontally extending from its rear end. A floor upper member 3 is fixed to an upper surface of the main frame 1 and an upper surface of the floor horizontal plane 2b, and a floor lower member 4 is fixed to an under surface of the main frame 1 and an under surface of the floor horizontal plane 2b. A first battery frame 5 is installed in a fixing part 4a of the main frame 1 and the floor member 4 and extended backward.
