PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, since the whole of an object can not be evenly illuminated with the same illuminance by an observation light source such as a fluorescent lamp, density irregularity due to difference of illuminance occurs in image data imaged under the observation light source, and, when a color correction condition for correcting the difference of the light source is calculated based on the image data causing such irregularity, color correction accuracy is degraded. SOLUTION: By using an imaging light source image obtained by subjecting an object to strobe imaging, an observation light source image obtained by imaging the object under observation illumination is corrected to suppress irregularity caused by illumination (S3). By using the observation light source image after the correction and the imaging light source image, color correction parameters based on respective representative colors are created (S4-S6), and color conversion using the color correction parameters is performed to the imaging light source image (S7).
