<p>Disclosed is a system that distributes video content from a content distribution device to a content playback terminal. Before the user plays back video content from a distribution menu, the content playback terminal and another content playback device simultaneously receive ahead of time from the content distribution device the distribution of video content to which cash control information has been attached, and the video content is written to an internal temporary recording unit. When the video content selected by the user is in the temporary recording unit, the video content is played back. On the other hand, when the selected video content is not in the temporary recording unit, a distribution request for the selected video content is made of the content distribution device.</p> |
