PURPOSE: A multi path spectrum detecting device for recognition wireless system is provided to increase SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of a specific spectrum of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A multi path spectrum detection device(100) for a CR(Cognitive Radio) system includes a spectrum sensing unit(130) and a processor(150). The spectrum sensing unit senses at least one spectrum from an RF(Radio Frequency) input signal through a broadband filter(131) and a narrow band filter(133). The processor determines an occupation state of a channel corresponding to at least one spectrum.
