PURPOSE: A 3D image processing method, a system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to convert 2D image signals into 3D image signals, to output the 3D image signals via a digital image output device, and to detect a specific image additionally added to the 3D image signals. CONSTITUTION: A digital image signal receiver(110) receives a digital image signals and transmits the received digital image signals to a digital image output device(130). The digital image output device outputs the digital image signals. A 3D image processing device(200) adds a specific image, which can be discriminated by the colour, to each frame of the digital image signals, converts the digital image signals into synchronized image signals, generates synchronization detection signals, and transmits a shutter operation signal generated on the basis of the synchronization detection signals. Shutter glasses(160) drive a shutter according to the shutter operation signal.
