PURPOSE: A fomentation pack is provided to improve the preservation of temperature and to make long time use thereof possible. CONSTITUTION: A fomentation pack comprises: a control device(110) which is provided with external power and is driven; a positive/negative electrode part which is respectively formed in both ends of the fomentation pack in order to be provided with power through the control device; a heating member(120) which is connected to the positive/negative electrode part and includes a plurality of heating wires; and a film arranged on the upper and lower parts of the heating member.
