<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling the moisture content of a ceramic granular powder capable of adjusting the moisture content of the ceramic granular powder continuously and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic granular powder 7 is fed continuously and quantitatively onto a rotary table 3, and the moisture content of the ceramic granular powder is adjusted by, while moving the ceramic granular powder 7 under centrifugal force due to rotation of the rotary table 3, spraying water from above the rotary table 3 to impart moisture to the ceramic granular powder.
