<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a cured product having high transparency, excellent heat resistance, and sufficiently high flexural strength. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a prepolymer having a residual epoxy group, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a curing accelerator. The prepolymer having a residual epoxy group is obtained by copolymerizing (a) a siloxane structure-containing diepoxy compound having two epoxy groups in one molecule with (b) a dicarboxylic acid compound having two carboxyl groups in one molecule such that the total number of the epoxy groups in (a) the siloxane structure-containing diepoxy compound having two epoxy groups in one molecule exceeds the total number of the carboxyl groups in (b) the dicarboxylic acid compound having two carboxyl groups in one molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
