摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device capable of preventing increased size thereof while eliminating the need for adjusting an optical axis by a user in replacing a light source to facilitate the replacement of the light source, thereby achieving excellent maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: An ultraviolet irradiation device includes: a light source unit composed of a light source and a reflecting mirror condensing light emitted from the light source; an optical filter provided in an optical path of the light having been condensed with the reflecting mirror; a branching lens branching the light having passed through the optical filter into a plurality of lights; an optical fiber allowing each light having been branched with the branching lens to enter; and a light quantity adjusting member provided between the branching lens and each optical fiber. Further, the light source, the reflecting mirror, the optical filter and the branching lens are arranged on the same axis, and the light quantity adjusting member and the optical fiber are arranged on the axis or to be axisymmetric relative to the axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
