<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage an original image and an interpolation image when generating the interpolation image from the original image. <P>SOLUTION: An interpolation image generating section 5 generates the interpolation image from the original images L1 and R1 obtained by photographing a subject from different viewpoints.
