<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an uneven structure more easily. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the uneven structure includes the steps of: (1) forming a coating film by coating a base with a coating material including at least a polymer compound and a low molecular weight compound forming a phase separation structure with the polymer compound; (2) forming a mold for the uneven structure by selectively removing at least a part of the low molecular weight compound from the coating film; (3) filling at least a part of a recess of the mold with a filling material; and (4) removing at least a part of a projection of the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
