<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger which immediately recognizes mounting of an electronic apparatus, and supports a plurality of electronic apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The charger is equipped with: a plurality of primary coils 11 which are coupled electromagnetically with a secondary coil for charging a secondary battery provided in an electronic apparatus by electromagnetic induction and charges the secondary battery; and a detection means (a pressure-sensitive sheet 12) for detecting electronic apparatus information including the mounting position, shape and weight thereof. The charger further is equipped with: a storage means (storage device 14) for storing the electronic apparatus information detected by the detection means; a discrimination means (a controller 13) which discriminates the type of the electronic apparatus from the electronic apparatus information detected by the detection means, and the electronic apparatus information stored in the storage means; and a selection means (selection circuit 16) for selecting the primary coil to be energized in order to supply power to an electronic apparatus discriminated by the discrimination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
