PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic agent for fibromyalgia syndrome, especially a pharmaceutical composition for improving xerostomia accompanied by the fibromyalgia syndrome. SOLUTION: There is provided the pharmaceutical composition for improving xerostomia accompanied by the fibromyalgia syndrome, containing pilocarpine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition preferably further contains at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of gabapentin, pregabalin, vaccinia virus-inoculated rabbit inflammation skin extract, clonazepam, milnacipran, paroxetine, amitriptyline, and mianserin, and their pharmacologically acceptable salts, in addition to the salt.
