PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cylindrical unit 3b that reliably eliminates connection error, simplifies work, and reduces overall weight and size of the movable element by mounting a bent printed board 35 on the outer peripheral surface of a coil block 3a, thereby positioning and setting the connection pins 32a erected from each coil 32 as start and end points while being projected from terminal holes 35d arranged sequentially and correspondingly, and then soldering and connecting the connection pins 32a sequentially to a terminal 35b. SOLUTION: A coil block 3a formed by arranging each connection pin 32a as a pair of start and end points for each coil 32 and arranging each connection pin sequentially from one end side to the other end side, and the printed board 35 having the terminal 35b with a terminal hole 35d formed at a position where each connection pin 32a is arranged are connected by inserting the connection pin 32a into the terminal hole 35d at the corresponding position, thus constituting a movable element 3 as a cylindrical unit 3b where both are attached integrally.
