PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of conveying roller, which improves the accuracy for diameter and the roundness of a cylinder shaft even if making the adjustment for the end face of a metal plate before being fabricated into the cylinder shaft. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is applied for manufacturing the conveying roller fabricated in the shape of cylinder by opposing a pair of end faces 34, 34 of the metal plate 30. The manufacturing method includes a metal plate fabrication step for fabricating the metal plate 30, an adjustment step for adjusting at least one end face of a pair of end faces 34, 34, and a bending step for bending and fabricating the metal plate 30 in the shape of cylinder. In the metal plate fabrication step, the metal plate 30 is fabricated in the shape according to the deformation, occurred on the metal plate 30 in the adjustment step. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
