PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method and a forming device by which parts made of metal are formed by using cold forging and simultaneously, parts to be fixed are fixed by simple constitution in the manufacturing stage of the parts made of metal such as a crankshaft. SOLUTION: Arranging parts 31d, 12c for arranging counter weights 51, 51 are formed respectively in a portion corresponding to web parts of a bar-like base stock W1 in a floating die 30 and a fixing die 12. In the state that the counter weights 51, 51 are arranged in the arranging parts 31d, 12c, by applying compressive load in the axial direction to the bar-like base stock W1, a crankshaft C1 is formed and, simultaneously, by pushing the tip parts of the counter weights 51, 51 into the web parts which are in plastic flow, the counter weights 51, 51 are fixed to the crankshaft C1 and the crankshaft C1 is formed.
