PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus allowing tool replacement and precise washing. SOLUTION: The washing apparatus includes a tool moving device (3), a tool clamping part 4 holding a tool T, a storage part (5) storing various tools, and a tool replacement device (6). A groove 34 having a tapered part 34a with a width getting narrower in the drawing-in direction of the tool T is formed in a tool holder 4. The tool clamping part 4 includes a body 41 cylindrically formed and having a recessed part 41e with the tool holder 3 disposed therein and detachably held, a ball 42 disposed in the body 41 to advance and retreat from/to the recessed part 41e and fit to the groove 34 for locking, a piston 43 connected to the ball 42 for advancing and retreating the ball, and a hydraulic fluid feed path L reciprocating the piston 43. The piston 43 presses the ball 42 into the tapered part 34a and draws in the tool holder 3, to regulate the rotation direction of the tool T. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
