PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm that alarm operation has been executed, in case of necessity, after the stop of an alarm issued by detecting abnormality like a fire. SOLUTION: An alarm history holding part 54 holds history of abnormality alarms for a fire etc., in a memory 34 as an alarm history 40, and an alarm history output part 56 causes a notification part 28 to output information showing at least the history of the latest abnormality alarm, which is held in the memory 34 by the alarm history holding part 54, upon detection of the first operation by a multifunctional switch 20 within at least a prescribed period after the stop of an alarm by operation of the multifunctional switch 20.
