Described are immunogenic polypeptides and genes useful as vaccines for prevention and treatment of cancer. The vaccine contains a recombinant fusion polypeptide comprising - in any order - (a) at least one immune stimulatory polypeptide, (b) at least one transmembrane (TM) polypeptide, and (c) at least one tumor antigen, generating humoral and cellular responses against tumor cells. Also described is a nucleic acid sequence encoding this fusion polypeptide as well as vectors, preferably viral vectors, containing this nucleic acid sequence. Preferably, this fusion polypeptide comprises MIP-3ß, HBsAg(S), IL-2, E6 and E6, and, optionally a His-Tag. |
