<p>The communication device based on binary code division multiple access technology of the present invention comprises a binary code division multiple access communication module for executing binary code division multiple access communication, and an external apparatus interface module responsible for interfacing with external apparatuses; wherein the binary code division multiple access communication module comprises a memory device for storing firmware for communications in accordance with communications protocols having various interface formats, an expansion module interface unit for access to the external apparatus interface module, an RF unit for RF communications, and a binary code division multiple access communication unit which executes communications based on binary code division multiple access technology via the RF unit, and which loads and drives the firmware for communications in accordance with a communications protocol having the interface format of the external apparatus interface module and which also executes communication with external apparatuses which have established access via the external apparatus interface module, and wherein the external apparatus interface module comprises a binary code division access communications interface unit for access to the expansion module interface unit, and an expansion interface unit for establishing a link between the binary code division access communications interface unit and external apparatuses compliant with any of the various interface formats.</p> |
