<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a component sucked to a suction nozzle from interfering with an adjacent suction nozzle or sticking out of a camera view. <P>SOLUTION: For each suction nozzle 13 that sucks a component thereto, an area where the component fits in a camera view without interfering with an adjacent suction nozzle 13 is set as a component sucking area 14. Data of the size of the component to be sucked is compared with data of the size of the component sucking area 14 to determine whether the component is smaller than the component sucking area 14. When the component is determined to be smaller than the component sucking area 14, it is determined whether the component sucked at an initial suction position fits in the component sucking area 14. When it is determined that the component sucked at the initial suction position fits in the component sucking area 14, the component is sucked without correcting the suction position. When it is determined that the component sucked at the initial suction position sticks out of the component sucking area 14, the component suction position is corrected by an extent equivalent to the extent of component's sticking out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
