<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which can more smoothly peel a recording material sticking to a pressure member, and in which it is hard to damage the recording material. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing unit 60 includes: a fixing belt 610 configured to fix a toner image on paper P; a pressure roll 62 configured to come into press-contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixing belt 610 to form a nip part N through which the paper P holding an unfixed toner image passes between the fixing belt 610 and the pressure roll 62; a fixing roll 611 disposed facing the pressure roll 62 across the fixing belt 610 to stretch the fixing belt 610; a peeling pad 64 disposed in a position, which is the downstream-side area of the nip part N and adjacent to the fixing roll 611, and configured to peel the paper P from the fixing belt 610; and a peeling member disposed in contact with the pressure roll 62 and having a pawl part to peel the paper P sticking to the pressure roll 62; wherein the pawl part of the peeling member has a bent part on a surface of a side to guide the peeled paper P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
