<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot system enabling machining work with the use of a robot with fewer costs, and to provide a method of manufacturing an industrial product. <P>SOLUTION: The robot system includes a manipulator 101 with a holding mechanism 18 for holding a target object, to which an adhesive material is adhered, a controller 101A controlling the operation of the manipulator 101, and an adhesive material exfoliating unit 104 arranged in the vicinity of the manipulator 101 and holding the adhesive material of the target object. The controller 101A makes the adhesive material of the target object held by the holding mechanism 18 enter the adhesive material exfoliating unit 104 at a prescribed angle of approach, thereby exfoliating the target object and the adhesive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
