PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a conventional bag making apparatus for a packaging film, there is no method for confirming pitch deviation and meandering excepting a product after bag making, correction is carried out manually in each part, and production efficiency cannot be raised. SOLUTION: A bag making apparatus for a packaging film automatically detects pattern deviation when a film divided into an upper part and a lower part after cutting the middle part is put together again by an M plate 6 and has an image processing control device having a function to be able to correct the amount of deviation. The image processing control device having a function to automatically detect each of a longitudinal seal position deviation by uniform feed pitch deviation or meandering in a longitudinal seal device, lateral seal position deviation by uniform feed pitch deviation or meandering in a lateral seal device, and cutting position deviation by uniform feed pitch deviation or meandering in a breaking-off device and can correct the amount of deviation is provided.
