PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adherent cell culture apparatus for culturing cells while suppressing separation of the cell from a carrier. SOLUTION: The adherent cell culture apparatus 1 includes a culture tank 10 to culture cells 2 attached to the carrier 3 in a culture liquid containing microbubbles. The apparatus has a culture liquid feeding device 20 for feeding the culture liquid to the culture tank 10 in a manner to form an agitated flow in the liquid in the culture tank 10.
