PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing a peeling charge amount capable of realizing the distance with the small range of the peeling intensity for rapidly peeling a cover tape after heat-sealing a PS-based or PC-based carrier tape, and capable of suppressing generation of the static electricity even with the cover tape rapidly peeled in a low-humidity environment. SOLUTION: A cover tape consists of at least a base material layer, an intermediate layer, and a heat-seal layer as a layer constitution. The surface of the heat-seal layer is formed of a continuous phase and a dispersion phase. When peeling a carrier tape after the surface of the heat-seal layer is heat-sealed to a carrier tape, only the dispersion phase is transferred to an adherend. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
