PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor stator core that allows a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet to be applied to a tooth core, suppresses deterioration in magnetic characteristics due to distortion, and is superior in roundness of the inner periphery, even if using a two-split core structure comprising the tooth core and an outer-peripheral core. SOLUTION: A stator core includes the tooth core and an outer-peripheral core. The tooth core is configured as follows. A linear cut part and a thin connection curved to the slot side are provided at each tooth tip. Teeth adjacent to each other are connected by the thin connection. The tooth core is formed by annularly bending the length of one round of teeth formed by linearly arranging each tooth, and the tips of the teeth adjacent to each other when annularly bent are tightly fitted to each other at each linear cut part. The outer-peripheral core is formed into an annular shape and has each recess to which each end on the outer peripheral side of the annularly-bent tooth core is fitted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
