PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for efficiently performing a process for displaying an obtained image on both a body part and another apparatus connected through an external network. SOLUTION: This image processor includes: a body part including a scanner part, a facsimile part, a display part, and a first control part for controlling the scanner part, the facsimile part and the display part; a network part including an interface part and a second control part for controlling exchange of information via the interface part; a bus for connecting the body part to the network part; and an image processing part connected to the bus for processing image data generated by the scanner part or the facsimile part in response to a request of each of the first control part and the second control part; wherein the display part displays an image shown in the image data after processing obtained by the body part, and the interface part transmits the image data after processing obtained by the network part to the external network.
